USNA Success Story: Building USANA business a matter of faith

As 1-Star Diamond Directors, Daniel and Dr. Paige Hunter build their USANA business, they realize that success in USANA is a matter of faith. “We are learning with USANA that faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see,” they explain. “In our first year, we placed it in our hearts to be Diamond Directors, and although we could not see it, we believed that with God’s help, lots of personal growth, and partnering with a dynamic team, this goal would materialize. It has taken us to our dreams and is creating new ones.”

When Daniel and Paige began working USANA, success meant three things; be debt-free, be healthy, and help others do the same. Now, success means that the more money they make, the more it circulates and blesses others. Currently, Paige works with an organization called Shod with Peace, a ministry that distributes shoes to children all over the world including Honduras, Mexico, and South Africa. The couple also supports an organization called Sower of Seeds Ministry, which helps rural communities in India dig wells for fresh water. “I really admire anyone who has risen above their conditions, and who has the courage in the every day,” Paige says. “If we can help someone achieve this, it makes it all worth while.”

While it seems this industrious pair is constantly moving, Daniel and Paige lead a calm and relaxed life, through their USANA business they have created a place of tranquility where the couple can rest and enjoy the time freedom that comes from being successful. Nestled on 28 acres of stunning Texas landscape, the Hunter Ranch is a quiet and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Antonio.

In between working their USANA business, volunteering time with their different charities, the couple loves spending time with their family of animals on the Hunter Ranch. Having developed a love for horses in Guadalajara, Daniel is now in his element as he finds time to breed and “baby” some of the top racehorse bloodlines. “There is only so much training you can do with horses,” Daniel explains. “A large part of it comes down through their bloodlines—they are just born to run and love every minute of it.” The couple currently has four stunning horses on their property—Daisy, Western Jess, Mighty Cool Expresso, and Cool Celebrity—with several more they are eager to bring up from Mexico. The apples of Paige’s eye, her family of goats, are scattered around the couple’s barnyard. Directly behind the barn are four Nubian goats named Bella, Vita, Lily, and Dora. In the pasture with the horses are two pygmy goats named Spinner and Skeeter. “They’re my babies,” Paige laughs. “I can call to them and they will come running across the field and follow me wherever I go.”

“I know USANA has enabled Daniel to dream big again,” Paige says. “He was a self-made businessman for years, and some major disappointments happened, and he lost a lot of his dreams. With USANA, Daniel regained his dreams, and I’ve seen this man go from just thinking small and dreaming small to thinking big and living courageously.”
