Quick & Easy Snack in Time for Halloween

Eating low glycemic foods and feeding your children healthy snacks to support you, doesn’t have to be a trick…so treat your body right and give yourself and your little ones a snack this holiday season worth smiling about.

Holiday Tip: Make fruit fun. During this holiday season when the kids are channeled into the jack o’ lanterns and spooky fun, cut their fruit into shapes to match the season.

Apples & Peanut Butter
1 medium apple
2 tablespoons of natural organic peanut butter

Directions: Cut the apple into eight pieces. Dip into peanut butter. Enjoy!
